The WID (Water Injection Dredging) project was a commission from Van Oord, aimed at clearly and effectively showcasing how this process works. Through a precise visual narrative, we developed an animation that explains each stage of the technique from water injection to the controlled displacement of sediments along the seabed.

One of the key factors behind the project’s success was the simulation of water and sediments, carried out with a high level of technical rigor to achieve convincing realism in underwater environments. This involved detailed work on fluid dynamics, particle behavior, lighting, and composition, in order to accurately represent real underwater conditions and make the process understandable for a wide range of audiences.
